Roofline & Cladding

Roofline & Cladding

The Finished Look

Roofline is a small word that covers an awful lot! Included under its umbrella are: Fascia Board, Soffits, Dry Verge, Trims and Guttering.

Old or damaged fascias and soffits can, if left, lead to water ingress through the roof which leads to rot affecting roof joists and sometimes even allowing damp to penetrate into the home.

Aesthetically, the front of our homes are important, not just to ourselves because we like to live somewhere that looks nice, tidy and well cared for, but also for kerb appeal. If you ever decide to move home for example, you will want your home to look its absolute best and often the finishing touches get forgotten. The windows and doors are changed, but all the other things on the outside of the house are left as they were. Dirty, old fashioned guttering and damaged fascia boards can completely change the opinion of the viewer. It’s the attention to detail that sets one home apart from another.

The added bonus is that roofline products are easy maintenance – just a wipe over with a damp cloth, no painting, no varnishing, no rotting wood. Also, available in a range of colours that are sure to suit your home beautifully.

With reference to the above work carried out at our address on 12/9/16 we would just like to say a big thank you. It was carried out by your workmen who were very tidy, polite and hard working. We are very satisfied.

Damaged roofline - exposed cement tiled fillet letting in water

Dry verge installation solves all the problems and what a difference!

Cladding

Cladding, especially the old wooden variety, becomes weather damaged and looks tatty and unappealing over time.  Replacing it with UPVC or composite cladding adds a breath of fresh air to your property whether it be in the same design or something completely new as the two photos below show.

The two apexes above originally had the Tudor effect, but clever colour choices from our coastline range of lightweight composite cladding have brought this bungalow bang up to date.

This property looks stunning with replaced Tudor UPVC cladding.  Now it is all set for many winters to come.
