What happens after I have said 'Yes'

ThermoSave – you will be contacted by our friendly staff in the office to arrange a mutually convenient time to fit your new insulated ceiling.

equinox® – you will be contacted by our friendly staff in the office to arrange a mutually convenient time to fit your new insulated conservatory roof. A survey would normally be carried out on our first visit to you, but if not, we will also arrange to quickly pop back so that you can choose your tile colour and we can check one or two things.

Windows & Doors / Flat Roofing System / Roofline – you will be contacted by our friendly staff in the office to arrange a mutually convenient time to pop back to do a survey. We will also arrange a fitting date with you at this time.

How long will I have to wait?

ThermoSave – we should usually be able to fit a ThermoSave ceiling within around 3-4 weeks (sometimes sooner).

equinox® – we aim to fit your equinox® roof within 4-6 weeks (sometimes sooner).

Windows & Doors / Roofline – it usually takes between 3 and 5 weeks for us to fit your windows, doors and roofline

Flat Roofing System – this can take as little as 2 weeks if you have a leak, but 2-4 weeks is the norm.

Blinds – we should be able to fit your lovely new blinds within 2-3 weeks.

How expensive is an insulated conservatory roof?

The cost of insulating your conservatory roof varies enormously depending on which product you decide to go with. ThermoGreen never pressurise customers and we are only too happy to quote you on any or all options and leave you to make your own considered decision as to whether you want to go ahead. The benefits of being able to use your conservatory all year round, whatever the weather are often the deciding factors!

Is the work you do guaranteed?

Yes. All of our work is guaranteed and for extra peace of mind, our insulated conservatory roof products and all window and door installations automatically come with an Insurance Backed Guarantee with the industry’s leading insurer, GGFi.

What shall we do before you arrive to fit?

We would ask that you clear as much as you can, just so that there is less chance of any accidents. However, if you are unable to move anything heavy, our fitting teams are more than happy to move it for you and work around it. We pride ourselves on caring for our customers and that includes their homes and we will always be as careful as we can.

What areas do you cover?

We are a local company, based in Horncastle and much of our work is carried out in and around Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Skegness, Spilsby, Lincoln, Sleaford, Boston, Grantham and Newark. However, we are more than happy to travel to any region within Lincolnshire and beyond.


